Grow Strength Workshop

Kettlebell training has been used for years to produce a strong and flexible body. Originating in Russia, the kettlebell has been proven to help build lean muscle, increase power and strength, and improve coordination, endurance, and mobility.

This class will teach you the fundamentals of the kettlebell while challenging you and toning your body. You will learn the most essential movements for beginners:

Deadlift

Swing

Clean & Press

Snatch

Squat

Get-up
